Hello :)
its been a while because ive had easter break then i was ill then i had another holiday (only a one day one but because it was a long weekend it felt like it should all be holiday time) so ive not really dieted but...
I have started dancing along to wii fits just dance songs the last 2 nights and plan on doing it every night for an hour as it is fun. so far i did 16 dances last night which lasted just over an hour and tonight i did 10. Its great as it is exercise but i enjoy it so it doesnt feel like a chore.
Back to college tomorrow and im skint so it is back to healthy eating so hopefully with the healthy eating AND the dancing at the same time the weight should (for the forst week or so at least) start pouring off me :)
