Today I studied then went shopping for food then studied again then went to see grandparents so been a busy day with all the studying i got done...
food wise...
Online today i found some information about working out how many calories to eat per day to lose 1lbs per week and it says i should have no less than 1,200 and no more than 1,400.
Breakfast:
Bowl of frosties (120 calories)
Lunch:
Baked Potato with cajun chiken mayonnaise and some chopped up carrots (350 calories)
Snack:
Fruit scone (220 Calories)
Dinner:
Heinz macaronie cheese and a slice of toast and a weight watchers pudding (520 calories)
Night time snack 1/3 of a packet of microwave popcorn (130 calories)
In total 1,350
Im completely stuffed. Also just finished my 3rd pint of water will prob have a 4th before bed time.
think i need to fit some pieces of fruit in there and maybe cut the calorie intake by 150 calories per day too.
Any ideas or advice on where to buy real popping corn kernels, the kind you pop yourself in a pan? It would make it a much healthier snack.
