End of day 1


Today was day 1 don't think I did the best I could though definately done better than I have the last few weeks anyway so I am proud.

Breakfast:
I didn't have breakfast as I forgot to eat it (most important meal of the day too, shocking!!) so that is 0 calories of my 1,200.

Lunch:
Went to my grans for lunch and had home made soup (about 150 calories maybe??) then ciabatta with olive oil vinegar and small tomatos (god knows how many calories...100 for the bread, 20 for the oil 15 for the vinegar and not much for the tomatos so about 150) and a yummy yoghurt that was definately 150 calories as i checked.

I randomely snacked on tasty bread through the day with no butter or marge. about 100 calories for that.

Dinner:
Baked potato and cheese (apparently 190 calories)

Karin and I went to cinema so I had a weight watchers pudding which is 195 calories usually as I looked them up on tescos site last night and a smaller than usual pick n mix so about 350 calories there (that is the could have done better part)

in total I have had 1,285 ish which is only 85 more than my target for the day which is good considering I was out for lunch then went to the cinema. yey me :) so all in all a day well done.
